Prue and I both LOVE good food. We are committed to trying and adapting recipes we love to fit a more natural, healthier and lower carb lifestyle, then sharing them with you!

Our recipes are a combination of tried, true and new - plus a few staples we have picked up elsewhere, often played with and just feel we can't live without! Wherever we have used someone else's recipe as a base we will try to acknowledge this (if we can remember where it came from!). We've avoided using speciality low carb products (except for the odd sweetener) as so many aren't available in New Zealand, and to be honest, we'd rather focus on using the abundance of high quality and fresh produce available to us.

We think some of these recipes are as good, if not better, than the originals. We certainly have enjoyed creating and sharing them.
