Marvellous Muesli

This delicious muesli created by Lynda and Megs will go down well with the whole family. And best of all you know exactly what's in it. Play around with your own ingredients, this is only a guide to show you that is can be done, and done well.
Ingredients:
- 115gm slivered almonds (or process whole almonds into smaller pieces)
- 225gms chopped up walnuts
- 60gms chopped up hazlenuts
- 90gm chopped up brazil nuts
- 95gm pumpkin seeds
- 150gm sunflower seeds
- 50gm toasted threaded coconut
- 40gm coconut chips
- 8T (heaped) ground linseed or LSA or a mix of both
- 90gms dried cranberries
- 1T ground cinnamon
- 1T of Splenda (optional)
